The pond is private, approx. 600m² in size and ~80 cm deep. Fish: carp, tench, roach and a few pike.
As for the gîte, you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the living areas and bedrooms. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room with TV 35m² opening onto the 46m² sheltered terrace and 17m² winter garden. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*190, shower room with large walk-in shower and accessible toilet. 1st floor: mezzanine with lounge and TV 33m², 1 bedroom 18m² with 1 bed 160*190 and en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom 23m² with 2 beds 90*190, office, separate wc, separate bathroom.
