Located in the heart of the Time Square area you will find Margaritaville resort (open to the public to explore), water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of lively restaurants with live bands. Or, take a day trip to Sanibel/Captiva Island only 10 minutes to Sanibel Causeway and only 15 minutes to Turner Beach on Captiva Island.

Our home comes with a brand new 65" Smart 4K TV and a 32" Smart 4K TV in master bedroom. Internet throughout the home. All bedding, towels, beach towels, pots, pans, silverware, appliances, ice maker, washer/dryer and blackstone grill are all new in 2026. The living room love seat pulls out to make an additional twin bed. Enjoy your quiet evening cocktail on the lanai off the kitchen. All amenities in the Resort are available to our guests at no charge.
