Béatrice and Denis welcome you to their fully renovated cottage, which opened in January 2024. Located within the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a living cultural landscape, it's at the gateway to the Sologne region and the Loire Valley châteaux. The "Loire à Vélo" trail passes 3 km from the village. It's 1.5 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Orléans, CO'Met, and the Zénith. Shops and restaurants are 3 km away. The 110 m² cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is completely independent. It features an enclosed courtyard that can be used for parking and a lovely wooded garden with a terrace for dining.
In summer, the swimming pool is open from June to September, from 2 pm to 6 pm, from the warmer months. The pool (9 x 4 m and heated between 22°C and 24°C) is located in the owners' garden (accessible through a gate from your own garden).
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two 90x190 cm single beds and the other with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed.
All-inclusive rates: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pool towels not provided. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
Parking is available in the courtyard. Manual gate.
