This gîte is idealy situated in peaceful area and boasts a Champenoise architecture in harmony with the landscape and standing in large fenced and tree studded garden, 2 minutes from the "lac d'Orient" and the forests, by the Vélovoie, 15 minutes from Troyes.
This gîte is composed of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The bedrooms are equipped with large beds that will be made on you arrival. There is a secure carpark. You will be charged a supplement for the electricity and the firewood.
