Sidiailles water sports center is 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports, etc.).
On-site, there is a 4,000m² plot of land, a farmyard, a horse paddock (boarding available at €15/horse/day), and a swing, trampoline, ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. A detached stone house with a private terrace and parking with an automatic gate.
On the ground floor: a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge (fireplace) and direct access to the terrace through a bay window - WC.
Upstairs: a suite with access via the first staircase (1 double bed) / shower room and toilet. On the other side of the house, another staircase leads to two bedrooms (1 double bed and two single beds) - shower room (walk-in shower) / toilet.
Low-temperature electric underfloor heating (charged based on consumption).
Bed and breakfast on the property.
Horse boarding (unlimited hay, 2 stalls and a meadow nearby), €15 per horse per night.
The rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
