Food, doctor 8 km. Semi-detached house with two gites. Ground floor and 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 bed 100 x 190 cm, 1 cot). Living room, living room, dining room, wood stove, kitchen area. 2 shower rooms. 2 toilets. Electric heating. Common garage. Terrace. Enclosed grounds, ping-pong table, climbing frame, shared slide. Charges not included. 15 km from Contrexeville with the shops and the Lac de Folie. For baby bath, changing table, chair, playpen. Large common ground at the back - Stone garden table and bench - Ping-pong table common to the two gîtes (rackets and balls not provided). Possibility to rent sheets, €6 for single beds and €8 for double beds. Cleaning fee at the rate of 30€. You will be welcomed at the gîte by the owners. Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: 31.91€ per stay Property managed by a professional. After the Bulgnéville motorway exit, turn right towards Neufchâteau and cross the village of Morville. Then in the village of Aulnois, take the 1st road on the left towards Beaufremont. (2 km between Aulnois and Beaufremont). In Beaufremont take the first road on the left, the gîte is 150 m lower (gîte sign on the facade).
