At the foot of the ramparts of the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," this detached house combines the charm of a renovated old part with a contemporary wooden extension.
Accommodating up to 6 people, it offers a comfortable setting with its three beautifully decorated bedrooms.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace on stilts with direct access to the living room, as well as a second terrace at the back of the garden, equipped with a dining area and a barbecue. The enclosed grounds provide a safe environment for children.
Note: The cottage is located at the corner of Place Ambroise de Loré, along Route D7, just 60 meters from the village's pedestrian zone and 80 meters from the Promenade de la Poterne.
For bikers and cyclists, a covered area is available to shelter your two-wheelers.
