## Space Splendid apartment located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will have a magnificent sea view from the living room. This apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated and ideally located. You have on the boulevard from behind the tramway and many shops. This apartment is composed of a large living room, with an open kitchen fully equipped, a dining area and a seating area; a large comfortable room with desk and closet (small balcony side street); a large bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer; a separate toilet and a balcony sea side to enjoy breakfast or meal facing the horizon! The place is fully equipped: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, WIFI ... You will feel at home. Ideal pied à terre to discover Nice and the surrounding area ... ## Access On your arrival, you will be greeted by a Jeffrey Host concierge, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, key collection). You can also go there by bike Blue (available everywhere), and for the bravest, walk: 45 min, 4.5 km (the opportunity to enjoy a walk on the promenade des anglais). ## Transit The Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 3km or 5 minutes by car.
