Guest Access:
Guest will access the building using a key from the lock box. Access to the suite is with a access code on the smart lock. Instructions will be provided one the booking is confirmed.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, 5 min walk to McGill University, 2 block from Place des Arts and 3 blocks away from the bustling Saint-Catherines Street. Minutes away from the foot of Mount Royal Park. Enjoy all the culinary food that the city has to offer located just blocks away along with all the chique cafes. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION!!!

Home to the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre Métropolitain, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, and the Opéra de Montréal, the complex is situated between Saint Catherine and de Maisonneuve Streets, and Saint-Urbain and Jeanne-Mance streets, in an area now known as the Quartier des spectacles in the borough of Ville-Marie.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
